La Bourse et la Vie — Paris 2ème
This Parisian “neighborhood bistro” finds its inspiration in the alchemy between chef Daniel Rose's Chicago origins, Elliott Barnes' Los Angeles past, the subtle use of Parisian bistros’ “codes”, some of which have been preserved, and the restaurant's name, which has been maintained but revisited.
With this initial recipe, the interior design became a process of reworking, reassembling and adjusting the details of traditional bistros.
La Bourse et La Vie, created by this Franco-American duo, captures the essence of the ‘French Touch’ and radiates a convivial atmosphere and playful spirit. The restaurant is a harmonious blend of traditional and contemporary elements, reflecting the chef's commitment to traditional French cuisine using the finest local seasonal products.
