The items in the collection, published by Holly Hunt, are made using the skills of the finest American craftsmen. They highlight the process of abstraction - a central element of Elliott Barnes' designs - and the importance of details, whether functional or ornamental, in reading and understanding an object.
“Each piece of furniture has been developed for an interior architecture project. Each piece reflects a story born of a context, a place, a moment or a person. All are designed and conceived as companions for life, with the idea of transmitting emotions and revealing new attitudes.
They then become capable of addressing others and existing around others”.
Toi et Moi Daybed and Sofa version are conceived for a space of welcoming and sharing.
